Kenneth Michael Vaden, Jr., 35, of Killen, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at ECM Hospital from heart failure. Kenneth graduated from Brooks High School and was a member of the Shoals Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
 
Visitation will be today, Friday, January 27, 2012 from 10 – 12 with the funeral service beginning at 12 in Greenview Memorial Chapel. Officiating will be Pastor Kurt Threlkeld. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
 
Mr. Vaden was preceded in death by his grandpas, Archie Vaden and Edward Bullion.
 
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Vaden; parents, Kenneth Vaden, Sr.  and Sharon Vaden of Killen; brother, Christopher Vaden of Birmingham; grandmothers, Barbara Bullion and Lillian Vaden both of Florence; nephews, Silas Vaden, Bradley, Joseph and Brandon Washington; mother and father-in-law, Janice and James Wood of Mississippi; sister-in-law, Jennifer Wood  and brother-in-law Richard Wood both of Mississippi.
 
Pallbearers will be Chris Faust, Keith Winburn, Larry Vaden, Jr., Blair Kreiger, Ronald Bullion, and Blake Woodard.
