FLORENCE – With the goal of getting more kids on bikes, and developing strong minds, bodies, and character, the Northwest Alabama Youth Mountain Bike Team is entering its 5th season with the Alabama Interscholastic Cycling Association.

FLORENCE – One of the most extensive collections of original children’s book illustrations is now on display at the Kennedy-Douglas Center for the Arts and the Florence-Lauderdale Public Library.   The show opened January 2.
