FLORENCE – Kennedy-Douglass Center for the Arts will host an exhibit of seven Alabama artists working across a broad range of mediums from November 7-December 23 in the Kennedy-Douglass Main Gallery. The group show features exceptional artwork, artisanal jewelry, and fiber accessories suitable for holiday gift-giving.

The opening reception will take place from 1-4pm on Sunday, November 7.

The show will include work from painter and multi-media artist Mary Ann Casey; silver and precious stone jewelry from metalsmith Barbara Birdsong; acrylic paintings by artist Dayo Johnson; abstract landscapes by fiber artist Cara Allen; mixed-media assemblage work from artists Martha Beadle and Provie Musso; and felted wool hats and accessories by fiber artist Kami Watson.

All artwork at the Holiday Art Bazaar will be available for purchase, and artists will receive 100% of the proceeds. The show invites our community to support Alabama artists and to “Give the Gift of Art” over the holiday season.
